Hampton Quarter (VIC)

epc.Pacific were recently awarded the Development Agreement with VicTrack and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to develop an exemplar residential project on a 7,056sqm parcel of land adjoining the Hampton Train Station.

The project consists of sculpted individual buildings; each with an average of five levels of new generation; one, two and three bedroom apartments, cafes and restaurants activating a new public plaza with basement and ground level secured car parking.

The design of the project is being undertaken by internationally recognised and highly awarded Australian Design companies, Ashton Raggatt McDougall (ARM) Architects, Jam Architects and Rush Wright.
