What we achieved
The new ATO building is located in the centre of Adelaide’s CBD. Comprising of 37,300 sqm of NLA, the A-grade building is fully leased with the majority let for an initial 15 year lease term to the Australian Tax Office and the remaining 15% occupied by Australia Post on a 10 year initial term. The building was completed in late 2012.
epc.Pacific acted as lead development adviser in the securing of Telstra Super Pty Ltd’s (TSPL) Joint Venture Equity and Debt position in the new $240 million ATO building.
We managed TSPL’s property interests throughout the delivery of the project, overseeing the projects delivery and protecting the equity and debt interest of TSPL.
